View of the earth for Earth Day 2023

Later this month will see individuals and organisations across the globe join forces to demonstrate support for environmental protection when Earth Day is celebrated.

Helping schools play their part in protecting the planet, and meet the Government’s NetZero 2050 targets, is something we’re passionate about here at Satori Education.

As a team of former educators, we know first-hand the unique challenges that schools face, which is why we’ve created our Climate Emergency Training Course for busy school leaders.

It’s the only course of its kind to be specifically designed for schools and to be accredited by The Carbon Literacy Project.

The date for our next course is May 4, and it will run 2pm until 5pm.

Aimed at those working in leadership roles in schools or multi-academy trusts in the UK, completing the course, alongside a short statement of commitment, will mean you become officially certified as Carbon Literate.

In the meantime, you can also find some teaching resources to help mark Earth Day in your school here.
