Today, we’re showcasing another of Satori Education’s senior edtech consultants, Rachel Tilden Walker.
As an experienced teacher, educational leader and edtech specialist, Rachel is passionate about facilitating effective change management in schools.
Rachel, who has just moved back into consulting after several successful years as a headteacher, has a strong appreciation for how SLTs and teachers are often tasked with adapting to new initiatives without adequate support to ensure that change sticks.
As part of the Satori team Rachel, who boasts 25 years of experience across primary, secondary and special educational needs schools, works with schools to implement strategic, long-lasting change to their edtech.
By focusing on how edtech can help teachers in the classroom, Rachel, a former Education Director for the Spiral suite of collaborative apps, guides schools in empowering and enabling staff to lead the way with adopting new edtech through colleague mentorship and teamwork.
