First and foremost we hope you had a wonderful Christmas and have been able to look back on 2023 with some great memories.
Speaking of looking back, as 2023 draws to a close we’re taking a nostalgic look back at some of the year’s media highlights as we continued to go from strength to strength as a UK edtech leader.
With a focus on helping schools to get ahead, we announced a long-awaited launch back in March.
That was that, after many months in the pipeline, we unveiled our groundbreaking Carbon Literacy Training Course, which is accredited by the Carbon Literacy Project.
It’s the UK’s only carbon literacy course that is specifically designed for busy school and multi-academy trust leaders.
It’s a topic we also ran a popular, free webinar on – Education specialist’s webinar will give schools practical pointers on achieving carbon-free goals – to give schools across the UK practical pointers on reducing their carbon footprint and achieving net zero by 2050.
In November we had more exciting news to unveil.
We revealed that as part of a “continued investment in the education of young people across the UK” GivEnergy had acquired Satori Education under its subsidiary GivEducation. The move also saw our founder Joe Basketts appointed as Education Director at GivEducation.
Announcing this exciting development Joe said: “Together with GivEnergy, we can take edtech to new heights and truly transform the learning experience for students, teachers, and schools across the UK.”
So, here’s to what this dynamic partnership will do to further revolutionise education and transform the way that lessons are delivered across the UK in 2024 and beyond.
