Mentor Level is designed to support the digital lead within a MAT, providing them with a critical friend and coaching them to success.

Advisor Level is for those MATs without a person in post to lead digital tranformation, and allows the trust to have a dedicated person to lead transformation at a fraction of the cost of employing a full time digital lead.

Each level is customisable to meet the unique needs of your institution, ensuring impactful and sustainable digital learning strategies.

For MATs with an existing Digital Learning lead, our Mentor level service provides support in a coaching and mentoring capacity, working alongside them as a critical friend, and providing guidance or a second opinion as required.

  • Named consultant for full year

  • 2 days on site during the year for planning and review

  • Weekly or fortnightly proactive mentoring sessions

  • Ongoing advice and help throughout the year

  • Support during school holidays to support technical work or installations

For MATs without a designated Digital Learning lead, our Advisor level service adds capacity within the trust to deliver effective digital learning, acting as an integral part of the senior leadership team.

Key Features

  • Initial 1 day digital learning discovery session

  • 1 day mid-term review

  • 1 day final review

  • Attendance at trustee meetings

  • Support with procurement

  • Management of staff digital CPD programme

  • Ongoing evaluation and impact review
