Two Courses, One Goal: Cultural Change

  • The Employee Course empowers participants by creating a foundation where they can identify and address harassment through real-life scenarios, building confidence in recognising and responding to inappropriate behaviour.
  • The Manager Course enhances this foundation, guiding leaders to identify signs of harassment, initiate sensitive conversations, and foster a zero-tolerance culture. With an interactive case study, managers practice proactive, effective incident management.

Sexual harassment remains a serious issue across workplaces, one that we are all committed to ending.

With statistics showing that 52% of women and 68% of LGBTQI individuals having experienced some form of sexual harassment in the workplace and 18% of men having reported unwanted sexual behaviours at work, this is something every organisation should be prioritising and with our training packages you can achieve this.

From October 2024, UK employers must take ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent workplace sexual harassment under the updated Equality Act. Non-compliance may lead to penalties, including 25% higher tribunal compensation.
